Prof. Rajesh Bheda, CEO
Prof. Rajesh Bheda Principal & CEO of Rajesh Bheda Consulting
(RBC)
is a leading consultant, researcher and educator with over two decades
of contribution to apparel industry. Professor Bheda is an expert on
Clothing Manufacturing Management with specialization in Productivity
Improvement, Quality Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Prof. Bheda has been rendering consultancy and training services to
leading apparel manufacturers, industry associations, international
retailers and development agencies such as International Trade Centre
Geneva and Asian Productivity Organisation, Japan.
His celebrated book ‘Managing Productivity in the Apparel Industry’ is
widely referred by apparel industry professionals and academicians. He
has published more than 50 papers and articles on important issues
faced by the fashion industry. Over 100 companies worldwide have
benefited from direct intervention of Dr. Bheda and over 2000 companies
have benefited from his thought provoking seminars/ training sessions.
He holds a Doctorate in Management from the Faculty of Management
Studies, University of Delhi, India and has undergone faculty
development fellowship at the Manchester Metropolitan University UK.
Prior to forming RBC he has had over fifteen years career handling
leadership positions at National Institute of Fashion Technology, New
Delhi. He was bestowed the Path Breaker award for his efforts for the
betterment of the industry by the Okhla Garment and Textile Cluster in
2008. He is on the Board of Governors of the Apparel Training of Design
Centre and many non profit organisations.

Maneesha Sharma, Director
Maneesha, cofounder RBC acts as a ‘think tank’ and plays key role in
the strategic direction of the organisation. She has over 20 years
experience in ‘people management’ working as senior designer and
managing production for lifestyle products with leading Interior and
lifestyle manufacturing facilities in India with international clients
. A trained designer, She holds a Master’s degree in humanities and has
studied styling and visual merchandising at NIFT, New Delhi. She has
been involved in business development, strategy formulation,
communication, capability building and day to day management of the
company.

A. S. Chandrasekaran, Senior Counselor,
TQM
Mr.
Chandrasekaran is a specialist in TQM with focus on Science and
Business Management. A leading practitioner, is experienced in Total
Quality Management implementation in over 40 organizations globally
covering a wide spectrum of industries. He is an Accredited LEAD
ASSESSOR for ISO 9000 and accredited LEAD TUTOR for BSI QA (UK) LEAD
ASSESSOR COURSES in India. His experience includes training enterprises
for Statistical Quality Control, Statistical Process Control, Cost of
Quality, TQM / ISO 9000 / QS 9000 / Customer Satisfaction and Training
of Trainers Programs.
Previously he was associated with Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS) and
Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). He was involved in developing
standards, product certification and quality systems (ISO 9000 / QS
9000).
Mr. Chandrasekaran has played key role in directing RBC’s Quality
Improvement Programs, Training on Problem Solving and Effective
Communication.

Paul William Collyer, Sr.
Consultant
Paul
William Collyer is internationally known expert in Clothing
Production Management, Modular Manufacturing, Productivity Improvement
and Training of Trainers. Paul has over 40 years of rich experience in
consulting and managing apparel factories for leading clothing
manufacturers. Apparel factories in UK, India, China, Sri Lanka,
Cambodia, Egypt, Morocco, Syria and Jordan have profited from his
consulting advise.
He has a vast product expertise starting from lingerie to high end
Suits and Overcoats.
Paul is a British Standards Institute (BSI) trained Lead Assessor for
Quality systems including ISO 9000 series. For thirteen years he worked
as a consultant/trainer for CAPITB, the U.K. Governments training board
for the garment industry.
Recognized as an excellent master trainer and known for his wit and
ease of coaching. Paul regularly contributes to trade journals and
publications.

Sudarshan Chakraborti, Sr. International
Consultant
Sudarshan Chakraborti has over two decades
experience in Managing apparel supply chains in multi -
cultural environment.
He
is a Lean Sigma
expert and has been facilitating
supply
chain transformations using Lean Sigma methodologies in textile and
apparel,
footwear, highly engineered manufacturing and service sectors in
different
parts of the world.
Prior
to starting his
consultancy career, he headed adidas international sourcing office in
Indonesia. Having creditable work experience at organisations such as
Freshtex
International, Texmaco, and
Montrose
Marketing Limited, Sudarshan has a good grip on the pulse of the
industry and
it’s supply chain dynamics.
He
holds an
engineering degree
in Textiles, and a
Post Graduation in Garment Manufacturing Technology fromn NIFT, New
Delhi. He is also
Certified in Lean Manufacturing
from adidas-Salomon Continuous Improvement Department, USA,
Sudarshan
is
proficient in several languages and can coach in English, Hindi,
Bengali,
Bahasa Indonesia and Sinhalese.

Mr. S. A Khader , Sr. Advisor
Mr. Khader was formerly Dy. Director General, National Productivity
Council . He is a great motivator and coach. A true Change Agent, Mr.
Khader's expertise areas include World Class Manufacturing,
Competitiveness Improvement and Lean manufacturing. He has been
entrusted with several prestigious assignments by Asian Productivity
Organisation, Japan and International Labour Organisation. He has been
a sounding board for many project formulation exercises and plays a
mentoring role for the RBC team.

Manoj Singh, Sr. Consultant
Manoj holds Bachelors in Engineering degree in Information Technology
and has been working in the apparel industry for past eight years.
Prior to joining RBC in 2006 Manoj has worked in the industry with
leading Indian apparel manufacturing houses such as Modelama Exports
Pvt. Ltd. and Orient Craft Ltd. as Production Manager and Industrial
Engineer. He has been a part of the core team on many prestigious
project of RBC such as the GTZ India Quality Improvement Programmes and
the GTZ BGMEA Competitiveness Enhancement Programme in Bangladesh.

Santosh Kumar Subudhi,
Sr. Consultant
Santosh has a rich experience in apparel manufacturing and consulting
of over nine years. A Bachelors of Industrial Engineering and
Management, Santosh worked with leading organisations of India such as
Shahi Export House, MGK Impex Pvt Ltd, and Arvind Mills Ltd playing a
key role in the area of Industrial engineering. He has been with RBC as
a consultant since 2008 and has been a part of core team on major
productivity, benchmarking and performance improvement projects of RBC
with manufacturers as well as international retailers.

Anuradha Sharma,
Consultant
PG in Garment Manufacturing Technology, from NIIFT, Mohali , Anuradha
